Our Apartments

Vista Villa has 30 spacious apartment units located in 3 separate wings, linked by wide hallways with lots of natural lighting. Among the special features are: full kitchens (appliances included), individually controlled heating, extra soundproofing, patios, and ample well-designed storage space.

$500 Deposit

This $500 deposit is due when the Resident Lease Agreement is signed for the purpose of a damage deposit to pay for any damages incurred, other than normal wear and tear, when the resident vacates the apartment. This $500 deposit is refunded in full when the resident leaves Vista Villa, providing no damage has been found.

The $500  deposit may also be used to hold a particular apartment. Contact the Executive Director for further information on the policy for holding an apartment.


Vista Villa offers 18 attached garages. If a garage is available, a resident may lease one for $50/month.


Vista Villa offers 34 storage units. One unit is assigned for each apartment rented free of charge. Additional units, if any are available, may be rented for an extra $25/month.

Extra Services

Your monthly rent payment includes: Apartment living space, bi-monthly housekeeping, use of the common facilities (dining room, library, laundry, community and exercise rooms) bi-monthly flat linen service (sheets and towels), utilities (except telephone), basic cable, indoor/outdoor maintenance, and grounds-keeping.

How Do I Get Started?


Contact Vista Villa Executive Director to schedule a tour.  If Vista Villa is the right fit for you, proceed to step #2.


Submit an application.  


The future residents can specify the type of apartment that is desired.  If available, future residents also have the opportunity to rent a garage and additional storage unit.  The Vista Villa Executive Director will then design a lease agreement based on these requests.  


Submit a $500 deposit, sign the lease agreement, pay the first months rent and become a resident at Vista Villa.

Requirements & Guidelines for Admission


Opportunity for residency is available to all persons without discrimination because of race, color or national origin.

Residents must be self-sufficient and have the financial resources to pay for current and anticipated services through personal funds.

Application may be made at age 18 and older.




A VIP Tour of Vista Villa will give a future resident an excellent perspective of our community and mission.


This interview provides Vista Villa with financial, medical and personal information necessary for admission.

The future resident also has an opportunity to ask specific questions about Vista Villa and may be done in persons or by phone.


Resident Lease Agreement


The Vista Villa Executive Director will carefully review the lease agreement with the future resident before signing.

The future resident can specify the type of apartment desired. If there is a waiting list, the signing date of this agreement determine the placement.
